Week 10//Good Times Ahead!

Hey guys, I have a lot to write about today. There is a lot happening right now. School has returned with a vengeance and I had somehow forgotten how hard it is to haul backside across campus in ten minutes while also battling 15,000 other students for sidewalk space. Oh well, I chose this life, and I love it.

I was able to finish my first week in the best way possible, and that was with a trip back to good ole Blackfoot. It's my favorite time of year there with the Eastern Idaho State Fair being in town. Some of my favorite fall memories lie within the gates of the fair. The smell of fried EVERYTHING, the lights from the rides, I love all of it. There's also some P R I M E people watching that takes place at the fair. I was able to go with my sisters and two of my best friends in the entire world, Kelynn and Ashley. The rest of the weekend was spent with family and it was exactly what I needed to help kick this school year off.

As good as last week was, this week is setting up to be even better. Wanna know why? BYU FOOTBALL is back in Provo. We open our home season against Houston this Thursday night. I'm so excited it's going to be torture to endure the next three days of classes and work. This week I also turn in my application for the Public Relations program...ahhh! I don't recall ever wanting something as badly as I want a place in this program. Guys, this program ranks within the Top 5 programs nearly every year. That's C R A Z Y. I'll be sure to keep y'all posted in that situation as I find out my results for sure.

Picture time!
*Aren't we adorable? One of our last summer Sundays. :(

*A few weeks ago, Brogan, Brannen and I went to Monumentour. This was a concert featuring New Politics as the opening act, with Paramore and Fall Out Boy as the main acts. Literally one of the best shows of my life.

*Lincoln's Baptism: I was really happy to be home not only for the fair this weekend, but also because my adorable cousin Lincoln chose to be baptized! Selfies were obviously a necessity.

*My cute grandpa and his new motorcycle, Dynamite. :) Fun fact: motorcycles can have cruise control! What the whaaaa?

They cute.

*Seeing how today is a rainy, cloudy day, I had to break in my new teacup this morning. Thanks mom!
*Sodalicious recommendation of the week: It doesn't have a name yet, but trust me. Mountain Dew with Watermelon and Pineapple. Honeychild it is G O O D.

till next time, BK
