This One's for my People

Alright people. Prepare yourselves. Brooklyn's gonna get real for a second. Okay not really, but I am going to talk about some people in my life that are really just making it worth living right now. That sounded way more morbid than I meant it to, but I just mean that my life is going really well right now. School is good, work is good, I am good. :) Just in the last couple weeks, a few people have just really touched my heart and made me realize (again) how blessed I am. I am in such a good place, both physically and spiritually right now, and it gets easy to forget the little things I think. So, without further ado, here are my people:
*Jo: Jo (aka Johnnie) is my roommate of about a year and a half. When she moved in, I had no clue who she was, but we quickly became good friends, and that friendship has only grown. She is probably the most honest person I know, and I love knowing that I can go to her with any question on nearly any topic, and she will be honest in her answer and also have an opinion to go along with it. She's basically the coolest. Also today's weather has me feeling that summertime sadness, and this picture is from the end of last summer so yep.

*Eliza: Eliza is basically the super cool, insanely talented twin I never had. We were cowerkers before we were friends, but the Pack'nShip will forever hold a special place in my heart because it is where I have met some of my best friends in the world. Eliza is an insanely good listener. She just gets me. When the angst of life is too real, all is resolved through a good ole Sodalicious run and chat with my girl Lize. 

*My Family: Guys. I won the family lottery. I'm absolutely convinced of it. They are crazy and loud and strange beyond belief, but they are mine and I couldn't be more proud. Most of the time. Last Saturday my family randomly drove down to Provo and surprised me at work! I walked up to the front counter and saw Connor and was so confused. What a lovely wonderful surprise it was. Slab, Sodalicious and Smith's. What a day it was. I was feeling a li'l bit homesick that week and school had been beating me up and to see them was the perfect refresher for another week. 

-Okay this picture cracks me up. This is so Connor it hurts. He would find the fragile stamp at work and feel the need to stamp himself. Especially because he is the least fragile person I know. #swole
